TCS #1 in Customer Satisfaction in the Netherlands

TCS ranked by customers as best IT Service Provider in the Netherlands, according to annual report by Whitelane Research.

AMSTERDAM, March 25, 2020: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS) worldwide leader in IT services, consultancy and business solutions, is the best in the Netherlands in the field of Customer Satisfaction. This is evident from Whitelane Research's annual IT Sourcing Study 2020, the largest independent survey of IT service providers in Europe.

For the 5th consecutive year, TCS deliverd top performance in the Netherlands according to its customers, with a satisfaction score of 80%, compared to an average satisfaction score of 69% for the business sector as a whole. TCS also came out on top in the areas of Services, Account Management, Proactive Attitude, Price and Business Insight. TCS was also the only provider to score more than 5% higher than the average in all nine aspects examined.

Whitelane Research is an independent organisation specializing in research related to IT outsourcing and events across Europe. In addition to the European-wide research report published annually, Whitelane Research also conducts country-specific surveys during the year. In the independent report, 200 participants from the top of the Dutch business community rate 21 IT service providers. Based on over 400 unique outsourcing contracts and more than 400 cloud contracts, IT service providers were assessed in a number of areas. These included core competencies such as application development, managed infrastructure and end-user services, in addition to account management, transformation quality and insight into the business.

This ranking is the sum of the impressive results TCS achieved in various areas of the Whitelane report:

  • TCS ranks best in the five main KPIs: Service Delivery Quality (81%), Account Management Quality (83%), Proactivity (76%), Price Level (85%) and Business Understanding (83%).
  • TCS is the only IT service provider that scores more than 5% higher than the average on all KPIs.
  • Compared to last year, TCS scores better or at least the same on all KPIs.
