TCS developed an integrated IoT platform for Damen Shipyards, allowing them to gather and analyse data from the 10-15,000 sensors on board its vessels. This results in offering predictive maintenance, remote services access and savings in fuel consumption. It also allows Damen to collaborate with the wider maritime ecosystem, transforming Damen from ship builder into a maritime services provider.
